Housing ranges from early-1900s to mid-century cottages in 'Old Atlantic Beach' east of Seminole Road, 1950s-1980s subdivisions such as Selva Marina (est. 1955), Royal Palms and Oceanwalk, and 2010s new construction in Atlantic Beach Country Club.
